Our experience with Santa Margarita Water District

Hello, My name is Rolando Palafox, I currently lead the workforce of Santa Margarita Plumbing, my experience in this company has been very fruitful, which has led me to participate in this workshop in collaboration with Santa Margarita Water District.

When this invitation arrived, I took it as a challenge to share my knowledge, to have the opportunity to interact with all the participants, resolve doubts in real-time, and feel the emotion of representing a plumbing company that carries with it the responsibility of always serving to our clients in the best way with the best service, this made me feel extremely enthusiastic

For me as for the company SMP, SMWD is a great company that has provided excellent service, this collaboration made us feel very enthusiastic and so honored with this participation, I prepared myself for this moment. I took my experience with me, the support of Santa. margarita plumbing and the kind opportunity that SMWD gave us, the participants are the ones who made the event more enriching than I expected

What a great moment, this wasn't just learning How to Stop That Running Toilet!

Or just inform how to find and fix a toilet leak. This was the opportunity for SMP to demonstrate what we know how to do: solve problems for our clients.
