Is Your Home Ready for Winter?

Has anyone else started running their furnace at night? We have sure gotten an early start to using ours. Summer seemed to stick around for quite a while this year, but winter finally officially starts this coming Tuesday. With it cooling down so much, it would be best to test out your furnace sooner rather than later!

Very cold and very hot days are the times of year when we are flooded with calls from people needing their HVAC systems repaired and they are wanting to get these problems addressed immediately. During these busy times, we are so inundated with service calls that we may not be able to get to someone for a few days. The best way to combat having to wait uncomfortably for your furnace to get fixed is to have it serviced before it stops working!

We recommend that our customers service their HVAC units yearly; this includes cleaning the coils, replacing the filter, checking fluid levels, and other maintenance tests. Performing these yearly service check ups on your unit is the best way to keep it running for years into the future as well as to avoid any upsetting break downs during any severly cold periods through the winter.

If your unit is due for a service, call us today so you do not have to suffer through the cold! Or if you have any other plumbing or HVAC needs, always feel free to call our offices, we love answering your questions!
