This is a 20/20 episode back in the 1980's that featured a new, master-planned community called Rancho Santa Margarita.We think RSM has only gotten better and we are beyond proud to have been here from the beginning. This video takes a trip back in time when the city was still very early on in development and is very fun to watch! Take a look and see if there are any places you recognize.
